Join us on a journey through the illustrious history of Hietzing and discover how this prestigious district became home to a vampire hunter and numerous artists.

Few places in Vienna bring together so many famous and infamous characters of the city's history in such a small area. We will seek out the little scandals that once gripped Vienna and the grand affairs that were meant to stay secret. The proximity to the imperial court magically attracted the rich and beautiful of the Habsburg monarchy, transforming a small sleepy village into a premier elite district.

But it wasn’t only the Habsburgs who left their mark. Even short-term residents of Hietzing made history, like an American businessman who would go on to change all our lives…

The most wonderful part, however, is the atmosphere of the alleys we will explore. Vienna’s unique charm blends here with green avenues; the feeling of that decadent era hasn’t completely faded away.
